Equans France ensures optimal thermal comfort at the Lime complex in Limonest
DCB International, a specialist in real estate project management, has entrusted Equans France with a key role in the Lime complex in Limonest. Two divisions of Equans France are carrying out the installations: high- and low-voltage systems for Ineo, and fire safety, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing for Axima. The goal is twofold: to install high-performance equipment and ensure optimal comfort within the building.
A modern and sustainable workspace powered by Equans France solutions
This 12,000 m² building, spread over 5 floors, offers a modern and sustainable workspace for 1,850 occupants, with optimized thermal comfort and environmentally friendly energy efficiency.
The Lime project meets the challenge of maintaining a maximum temperature of 26°C in summer and 19°C in winter, ensuring seasonal thermal neutrality throughout all spaces. Equans France is committed to meeting these ambitious goals while aiming for BREEAM Very Good environmental certification, a label that recognizes the ecological and sustainable performance of buildings.

High-Performance Technical Solutions for Controlled Energy Consumption

To meet high standards for comfort, safety, and energy efficiency, Axima and Ineo Rhône-Alpes, subsidiaries of Equans France, have implemented a suite of innovative and integrated technical solutions:
- The Centralized Technical Management (CTM) system enables precise, real-time monitoring of all building equipment.
- The lighting, 100% LED, is optimized using motion detectors and light sensors, ensuring maximum energy efficiency.
- The installations also include lightning protection, fire safety systems, as well as telephone, video intercom, and access control systems, ensuring comfort and security.
Finally, the interior design highlights inviting spaces, such as the central atrium and landscaped terraces, designed to promote quality of life at work while maintaining exemplary energy performance.
