New Features for Our Sprinkler Monitoring Solution

For several years now, thanks to our service Sprinkbox, we offer to help you upgrade your fire safety systems by incorporating the challenges of Industry 4.0 and improving the safety of your systems while reducing your maintenance costs.

The Sprinkbox is a sprinkler system monitoring solution that enables you to collect data using a set of probes and sensors, thereby improving safety reliability while anticipating system failures and wear and tear.

New features:

SMS notifications have, for nearly a year, allowed us to alert customers when a FIRE alarm is triggered at their equipped facilities. These SMS messages thus complement our notification service, which was previously limited to emails detailing the alarm and/or failure reported by our solution.

An annual report is now generated automatically at the beginning of the year. This report is a factual overview of the sprinkler system’s operation during the previous year (N-1). It includes the operating times of the jockey pumps, Source A and Source B; the number of pump starts, the most frequent alarms, and a summary of changes in pressure at control stations equipped with pressure sensors.

New Promotions

To meet our customers' expectations, our product lineup has been revised to offer a wider selection and various tiers of products.

The SPRINKBOX ALARMS service provides access to detailed sprinkler alarm information (point by point), related email or SMS notifications, and access to a documentation center (maintenance reports, technical documentation, DOE).

The SPRINKBOX MONITORING service offers, in addition to the services included in the Sprinkbox Alarms package, enhanced monitoring of the system’s operation via pressure sensors, motor operation feedback for pumps, water meters, diesel fuel level sensors,... An alert is specifically triggered in the event of abnormal operation of the pressure-maintaining jockey pump. In accordance with regulations, the paper strips recording weekly pressure changes are being replaced by automatic PDF generation each week.
