Maintenance of the fire safety systems at the CROUS in Nantes, Pays de la Loire: more than 7,200 housing units under continuous protection
To provide the 150,000 students of the CROUS of Nantes Pays de la Loire with satisfactory conditions for their studies, our teams work every day to ensure the safety and long-term viability of more than 30 sites in the CROUS network.
Equans teams maintain the following fire safety systems:
- 2,000 smoke detectors ensure fire safety in more than 9,000 student rooms.
- 50 days of scheduled maintenance each year ensure continuous protection of the buildings.
- 24/7 service, even in occupied areas, to ensure equipment operates properly and maintain a peaceful environment.
