Equans is taking action as part of National Day Against Sexism
One year ago, Equans joined the #StOpE initiative to combat so-called “everyday” sexism in the workplace .
We signed the pledge on January 25, 2023 .
The #StOpE initiative, coordinated by theAFMD (French Association of Diversity Managers), is a collective of nearly 200 signatory organizations working together to combat everyday sexism.

- Raising Awareness Among Our Employees
- Training Our Human Resources and Ethics Teams
- Establishing Procedures for Collecting and Handling Reports
- Preventing sexist behavior and combating sexual harassment
- 75 resource persons who inform, support, and raise awareness among our employees
A total of 250 awareness-raising events were held throughout the country in 2023.
