Profile of Anthony: Architectural Draftsman
In this podcast, Anthony shares his story. As a Technical Draftsman in the Construction Department at Equans, he explains how his differences make him a real asset to our teams. Asperger’s syndrome consists of three “magical” ingredients: hypersensitivity, atypical social behavior, and a narrow focus on specific interests. This last characteristic allows him to develop deep knowledge in the fields that fascinate him and thus acquire highly specialized skills. As Anthony puts it so well: it’s nothing short of genius!
He shares his experience in this video.
