Alric, 27, is currently preparing for a TISEC vocational high school diploma, a program that will allow him to develop his skills in construction and building. Since September 2022, he has been working as an apprentice assistant site manager at Equans France, specifically on the ASN construction site in Les Ulis in the 91 department. As the person responsible for overseeing the construction site, Alric works closely with subcontractors to ensure the project is completed successfully. He is also in charge of inventory management and communication with the various stakeholders on the site. His top priority is, of course, safety on the construction site. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Alric is also responsible for communication and ensures that everyone is kept informed and that problems are resolved quickly.

At Equans, we’re proud of our team for taking Alric under their wing, and we’re thrilled to see him learning so much about the construction industry. We believe that apprenticeships are an important step in professional growth, and we’re happy to contribute to training the next generation of construction experts.
