Isabelle Boussoufi: Building to Heal
Before any major project begins, a team works tirelessly to ensure that all the necessary conditions are in place so that it can proceed smoothly.
This week, we’re speaking with Isabelle Boussoufi, Head of the Equans Solutions Engineering Design Office (ESE) in Nantes, to discuss the Nice Hospital project.
For Isabelle, the engineering design office is, above all, a collective adventure.
His role: to motivate the team by listening to everyone.
“ It's a story about teamwork. There are individuals who are strong, who are important, who are indispensable… But if someone is missing from a team—even if it’s someone who’s quiet and doesn’t stand out much—it just doesn’t work. It’s the team’s satisfaction that makes me proud of my work. ”
