At the end of our recruitment process, recent graduates join our teams each year as part of the Graduate Program.

This program allows students to undergo multidisciplinary training across the company’s various business sectors during the academic year, gain professional experience, and quickly build their professional network.

Our goal is to introduce them, over the course of 18 months, to the various roles and areas of expertise at Equans France.

A few days ago, during a networking event, the Class of 2022 welcomed the Class of 2023 from the Poitiers National School of Engineering to share their experiences and learn about this year’s program.
