A historic partnership between Equans France and ESIGELEC, an engineering school in Normandy
A relationship built on trust that sustainably nurtures the group's talent
Equans France is proud to sponsor each graduating class at ESIGELEC, an engineering school located in Saint-Étienne-du-Rouvray and a long-standing partner of the company. This partnership, built on the strong ties forged with Bouygues Energies & Services, Ineo, and Axima, reflects a long-standing relationship founded on trust and mutual understanding.
ESIGELEC is a major source of talent for Equans France, with a network of alumni at all levels, including in senior management, such as Dominique Néel, an alumnus and Deputy Director of Equans France, who served as the class sponsor. On March 27, 2026, he attended the graduation ceremony for ESIGELEC’s Class of 2025, which took place at the Zénith in Rouen. This sponsorship thus embodies the passing on of knowledge to students, offering an inspiring example of professional success.
This strategic partnership is fully in line with Equans France’s priorities, offering training programs for general engineers who are specifically trained to address the challenges of the digital transition, the energy transition, and industrial systems—all of which are perfectly aligned with Equans France’s needs. It facilitates preferential access to internships, work-study programs, and the recruitment of recent graduates, while enhancing the brand’s reputation among future engineers. Equans France actively participates in the school’s community through concrete initiatives: scholarships for work-study programs, challenges, participation in events and graduation ceremonies, and presentations by employees.
