Equans France Wins Award for Its Solidarity Committee and HR Strategy
A Double Recognition at the Victoires du Capital Humain Awards
On Thursday, November 27, Equans France received the first prize in the “Solidarity HR Director” category for its Solidarity Committee at the prestigious Victoires du Capital Humain, a competition bringing together France’s largest corporate groups and numerous mid-sized companies (ETIs).
In addition, Equans worldwide distinguished itself by winning second prize in the “HR Leader of Transformation” category thanks to the “Our Teams” project, demonstrating its strong commitment to employee development and support.
The Solidarity Committee: A Humanitarian Initiative at the Heart of Equans
Established in 2004 at Bouygues Energies & Services and integrated into Equans since July 2025, the Solidarity Committee is an association driven by a spirit of mutual support among colleagues.
Its goal is simple: to provide emotional and financial support to employees facing difficult situations, whether due to financial problems, illness, disability, natural disasters (fire, water damage), legal expenses, or even in the event of death.
This sends a clear message: no Equans employee is left alone when faced with a crisis.
Jointly supported by management and labor representatives, the committee aims to provide employees with compassionate and discreet support.
Available to all employees in France, this program is based on the principle of collective solidarity and ensures that, when needed, employees can receive prompt and tailored support.
