The partnership agreement signed between Ineo and @Piveteaubois is taking shape
On July 1 in Saint-Paul-lès-Dax (40), Ineo & Piveteaubois inaugurated the first 100% wood photovoltaic shade structure in the parking lot of the Ineo branch. This project follows a partnership signed a few weeks ago in the Vendée region to develop low-carbon photovoltaic shade structures. Alternatives to traditional metal supports.
This project perfectly illustrates our shared ambition: to offer standardized, local, and replicable solutions to support the energy transition in local communities. Piveteaubois designed a structure made of wood sourced from sustainably managed French forests, while’Ineo installed the photovoltaic equipment.
The result? A 315 m² shade structure:
- capable of capturing nearly 23 metric tons of CO₂ per year, equivalent to driving around the world three times,
- and partially power the office as well as the electric vehicle charging stations installed for employees.
